What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Victory Tabernacle Child Development Center?
We are looking for an experienced office professional to join our team. If you have a passion for helping families, a desire to be able to teach children about God's word and want to work in a fun, friendly and stimulating environment then this job is perfect for you. Our ideal office coordinator has previous experience working in childcare management or a similar setting. This position is specifically for a mid-day/closer manager. (12pm-6pm but can be flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an inviting atmosphere for families entering the building.
- Being able to use computer software such as excel and word.
- Treat all children with love and respect.
- Keep accurate detailed records of daily activities and communicate effectively with other staff members.
- Provide educational support to the children and staff to succeed.
- Being able to communicate with parents and staff effectively.
- Creating and keeping track of staff scheduling.
- Working closely with the Directors on tasks.
