About the Role: We are seeking a high-level Principal SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with over 15 years of experience to lead and optimize maintenance processes. This role focuses on high-level configuration, seamless module integration, and driving digital transformation within an S/4HANA environment to ensure operational excellence.

- Lead Business Requirement Gathering sessions to align SAP PM configurations with organizational goals.
- Execute full-lifecycle implementation of Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes.
- Manage complex data migrations using LSMW, BDC, and IDoc interfaces.
- Orchestrate Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and provide expert User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- Oversee Incident Management and Change Requests while ensuring strict audit compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate comprehensive End-User Training and documentation.
- Expertise in Equipment Master, Functional Locations, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Advanced proficiency in Work Orders, Notifications, Maintenance Task Lists, and Scheduling.
- Deep understanding of SAP PM integration points with Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Financial Accounting (FI).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills within S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
- Experience in lead roles for multi-module SAP upgrades.
- Strong background in Stakeholder Management and project coordination.
