About the Role: The Consultant will serve as the primary owner for the end-to-end delivery of an SAP S/4HANA Version Upgrade. You will manage the Statement of Work (SOW) delivered by a global team (onshore/offshore) and orchestrate collaboration between the lead system integrator, business partners, and third-party product vendors to ensure a seamless technical and functional transition.

- End-to-End Governance: Define project governance, finalize scope, and develop comprehensive management plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Agile Leadership: Lead teams through the Realize phase, utilizing Agile Sprints to build functionality and manage configurations.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central communication hub for internal teams, customers, and vendors like OpenText and Avalara.
- Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and conduct rigorous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Project Control: Track progress against milestones and ensure the project remains within budget and schedule.
- 10 years of experience managing SAP Version Upgrade projects.
- 4 years of specific experience managing SAP S/4HANA Version Upgrades.
- Proven track record in an Onshore-Offshore delivery model.
- Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard analysis.
- Advanced skills in Status Reporting, budget tracking, and executive communication.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAP Certified Associate in SAP Activate.
- Technical familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or cloud migrations.
- Experience managing complex integrations with tax (Avalara) and document management (OpenText) systems.
