We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host at Steelworks. The Host plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You'll Do:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring optimal use of dining space
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours
- Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
