Position Overview:
We’re seeking a professional self-starter with strong people skills, a competitive spirit, and a results-driven mindset. The Inside Sales Representative will make outbound calls, respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales funnel. You’ll learn customer needs and recommend tailored solutions while networking to maximize lead generation among prospects and existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must pass criminal background and drug screening.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
