Full time medical assistant needed for pediatric practice.
Back office duties : Prepare patients for physician by obtaining vitals, health history and patient assessment. Administer vaccines, medications and treatments. Obtain specimens for in-house clia waived tests and send out labs. Review vaccine records and complete school forms. Electronic medical record documentation.
Front office duties : answer phones, schedule appointments, collect copay and patient balances, insurance verification, data entry into EMR, scanning records, prepare patient educational materials, check in and check out patients.

- Pediatric: 2 years
