The next 3 years will be a wild ride for those who are up for it. We are seeking to completely disrupt the industry; from the way sales are conducted, to compensation(stock option program coming soon), to our installation force, we will be innovating & improving everything about our industry.
As a flooring designer, you will be responsible for building relationships with your clients and helping them find a solution that will fit their needs. You will also conduct business development initiatives paid for by the company & lead by you for the sole purpose of creating more relationships to make us all more money. We are relational sellers, meaning we ask tons of questions and take a genuine interest in our clients so we can better serve them. We do not compete on price; we sell VALUE.
The ideal candidate will love listening to & helping people! You will have a burning desire to constantly learn & grow your skills. You will always ask yourself 'how could I have done x better?'. Flooring knowledge is preferred but not required. What is required is for you to be hungry, humble & smart with people.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-home measurements, preparing quotes & closing in the home
- Managing your pipeline by following our systems with an industry-specific CRM
- Working the showroom when available to capture phone & walk-in leads
- Attend networking events and lead business development initiatives to create recurring clientele
- Promoting the company in community outreach initiatives
- Staying up-to-date on new products

Compensation:
- 8% commission on sales
- Bonus opportunities

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
