Job Summary:
The Implementation Manager is an entry to mid-level position responsible for ensuring new franchise locations are successfully onboarded to the Vital Care network. This position serves as a liaison between the franchise partners and Vital Care Infusion Services to ensure all onboarding tasks meet expectations, and key milestones in the onboarding process are achieved within the desired timeline.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate franchise implementation plans, to ensure key milestone achievement with onboarding franchise locations.
- Facilitate internal collaboration across functional teams to ensure implementations are completed on time and meet expectations.
- Analyze, review and report on progress with team members and business partners.
- Complete assigned projects efficiently and effectively based on departmental expectations. Provide clear and concise status updates of pending projects as requested by Corporate Outreach leadership during weekly/bi-weekly meetings.
- Follow established protocol for implementing new franchises while being solution oriented and resourceful to proactively identify risks and opportunities throughout process.
- Organization and management of onboarding related conference calls.
- Facilitate and manage franchises within the company’s learning management system.
- Collaborate and delegate critical onboarding tasks to subject matter experts in response to franchise location requests for assistance.
- Engage in consistent and timely follow up communications with franchise partners using various media platforms (i.e., text, email, Microsoft Teams).
- Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts in the Learning Management System (LMS) that will assist with franchise education and training.
- Assess, on an ongoing basis, the effectiveness of LMS programs and trainings.
- Assist with training internal and franchise staff in basic LMS functionality and methods for implementation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Solution oriented and resourceful, demonstrates excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to and accommodate ever-changing dynamics and growth expectations and goals of the Company.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and demonstrated ability to work effectively within Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other Program Management systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a other pertinent field required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Program or Account Management – home infusion, specialty/infusion pharmacy, and/or sterile compounding experience preferred.
