Title: Inventory Control Clerk – Sterling Heights, MI
Job Description: A detail oriented and organized individual to join our company as an Inventory Control Clerk in our Shipping Department. This is a full-time position. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for tracking parts while going to outside processing and ensuring updates are communicated to staff. This is an hourly, in person position.

Responsibilities:
- Enter customer purchase orders in an ERP system
- Analysis of orderbook trends
- Communication of order fulfillment
- Updating customer portals
- Following up with outside processing vendors
- Perform other duties as needed or requested
Qualifications:
- Experience with detail oriented and time sensitive data entry.
- Preferred the candidate has experience using an ERP system, Syteline would be ideal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently to manage workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and ability to create documents, reports and briefing materials in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret processes, procedures, and government regulations, write reports, effectively present information, and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and compliance agencies.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
