About the Position
The Warehouse Specialist is primary responsibility for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, maintaining accurate inventory quantities of all raw, subassemblies, and finished inventory parts. Ensure the organization of the warehouse at all times. Position will maintain and control all inventory related activities within the warehouse. The role carries responsibilities for collaborating with purchasing, receiving, shipping and production departments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and timely record Inventory movements in ERP
- Responsible for custody, storage, accurate quantities, and location of materials in the warehouse
- Monitor expiration dates of raw materials and report out product that is reaching expiration
- Process and fulfill additional material requests on a timely basis
- Schedule shipments for secondary operations processing
- Pick and re-shelf inventory as requested for production orders
- Collaborate with other departments to determine proper inventory levels
- Support and assist the quality department incoming and finished goods inspection process, as needed
- Perform cycle counting as defined by management and enter the cycle count results into the ERP
- Perform packing, generation of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, and execute on the shipping of products to customers per customer specifications
- Adhere to the company’s procedures and QMS
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect & report and damage from shipment
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience
- 0-3 years of related experience
- Proficient basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Must be able to sit for 3-4 hours at a time
- Must be able to stand for 3-4 hours at a time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Preferred
- Prior experience in an ISO or FDA regulated company

Salary : $34,800 - $44,000
