Where you shine As an Associate Art Director at VML, you'll leverage your design, concepting, layout, and typography skills daily to craft engaging healthcare communications across various channels, including digital, web, mobile, and social media. Collaborating closely with copywriters and creative leadership, you'll bring a positive and ingenious approach to every project. A key aspect of this role involves understanding differences in design approach for more scientific and patient-centric communications, ensuring that each piece resonates with its intended audience. What your success will look like Creative Impact: Your designs will consistently resonate with target audiences, driving engagement and achieving campaign objectives. Strategic Alignment: You'll effectively translate brand strategies and insights into compelling visual communications that elevate the brand. Proactive Collaboration: You'll be a valued team member, actively contributing to the creative process and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
