Education Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in assisted living or a nursing facility.
- Hold CBRF certifications in Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration, Standard Precautions, and diabetic training.
Job Responsibility Overview:
- Supervision of resident care documentation daily. Quality assurance of the records and auditing for accuracy.
- Follow up on and assist as needed with completion of resident observations/events and reviews as required by DHS 83.
- Maintain the e-mar and obtain/transcribe physician’s orders the staff to follow.
- Daily follow-up of duties required on specific shifts for all other staff members to ensure that duties are being completed.
- Assist the Care Coordinator in appointment scheduling and follow up on all resident appointments and transportation needs.
- Monitor and post monthly employee schedules.
