Education Requirements:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Pick up and deliver maintenance materials, parts, and equipment as directed.
- Perform repairs and weekend tasks independently; contact on-call personnel if needed.
- Clean and Safe Work Environment
- Protect surrounding areas from damage during work activities.
- Clean up work areas and return tools and supplies to proper storage after use.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or report them immediately to the Supervisor.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a working knowledge of safe practices.
- Work Standards and Conduct
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance in line with department standards.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Follow all administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
- Accept and complete delegated assignments with responsibility and timeliness.
- Additional Duties
- Communicate courteously and cooperate with all team members.
- Attend mandatory in-service training sessions.
- Respond to emergencies, including fire codes, according to facility procedures.
- HR or the Hiring Manager will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
- Upon receiving the job offer, complete onboarding paperwork through Paycor
- Paid New-Hire Orientation
- Continuous training from mentor
