Responsibilities
As a Client Relations Support Associate, you hold the key to unlocking new opportunities, trends, and changes that will shape our business strategies. By maintaining and expanding our market share, you will be instrumental in driving the realization of our business plan.
Your journey begins with forging influential relationships with key customer sources, including long-term care facilities. Through regular contact and exceptional communication skills, you will manage these connections with utmost professionalism and efficiency. As a custodian of client information, you will ensure accurate files, fostering strong ties between clients and our organization, delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Your compassion will shine through as you address customer and patient questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. As an advocate for understanding, you will be available to explain private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines, insurance plan benefits, and organizational policies, ensuring our patients and caregivers have the support they need.
In your role, you will meet with patients and caregivers, coordinating services for their transition to home or an assisted living environment. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly, ensuring smooth transitions and peace of mind.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Candidate must reside in Indiana or Kentucky to be considered for position
- Relevant industry experience
- Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred
