Position: Residential Services Manager II
The Residential Services Manager II is responsible for day-to -day administrative functions of the program, Yardi administration, lease management and front desk operation.
Commonwealth Veterans Residence is a single room occupancy (SRO) residence that provides permanent, supportive housing to formerly homeless single veteran men and women, including those diagnosed with behavioral health issues. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree and three years of relevant work experience.
Strong coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, accurate record keeping, computer skills.
Residential Services Manager II Principal Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day office functions.
Supervises the front desk monitor and shift supervisor staff.
Work independently on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain procedures.
Prepare statistical reports and ensure timely and accurate reporting to funders and executive office.
Track expenditures, invoices, and revenues. Maintain master inventory.
Manage front desk operations. Ensure proper documentation of client arrival and departure procedures.
Manage resident programs and maintain communication with clients.
Process lease agreements, rent letters, collections and arrears reports on computerized tracking system.
