We are looking for a bartender to work in the Black Squirrel Lounge at Marty's Steakhouse.
Responsibilities
- Utilize POS systems to accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue.
- Draw upon fine dining experience to deliver high-quality service to customers.
Maintain the Lounge in every capacity from serving, stocking, cleaning and organizing. Also, to help promote the lounge by integrating drink specials and inspiring new ideas for growth.
