- Clear and Concise Communication: Provide clear, frequent, and concise communication with clients, crews, and vendors regarding progress, changes, and expectations.
- Accurate and Timely Scheduling: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and communicate timeline expectations to clients and teams.

- Accurate Budgeting: Create and manage precise budgets for each project, ensuring all costs are properly accounted for.
