Location: Sunrise, FL, 33323. Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days in-office preferred, flexible)

Role Description

We are hiring a Construction Litigation Attorney to manage their own caseload with as much independence as preferred, while benefiting from hands-on mentorship from Board Certified attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with litigation and/or construction law experience to accelerate their careers.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation and/or construction law required.
• Familiarity with court procedures and active case participation.
• Skilled in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• JD from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Open to training attorneys with the right transferable skills.
  
  

Compensation

• Salary: $120,000 to $200,000 (flexible and commensurate with experience).
• Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours annually.
