We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and replacing fire sprinkler systems and related components in compliance with applicable codes and standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well independently, communicates professionally, and consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction.

- Perform fire sprinkler system repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Conduct testing and maintenance of fire pumps and fire hydrants.
- Mix, pour, and mold concrete for fire pump installations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Complete detailed and accurate service reports and invoices in a timely manner.
- Remain up to date with industry codes, safety standards, and technical changes.
- Attend and complete all required company and safety training.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant fire sprinkler service or maintenance experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50-70 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various conditions - heights up to 40 feet, confined spaces, or outdoors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations, nights, and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety and quality standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems, tools, and testing procedures.

- CSA, NICET, or OSHA Certifications.
- Experience using software such as Profit Zoom, Building Reports, or Paylocity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
