Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed HVAC Journeyman to join our team for residential and light commercial installations. Key Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems per code and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and system schematics
- Assemble and install ductwork (square, round, rectangular, spiral)
- Provide guidance to apprentices through our training program
- Follow directions from the Project Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, crawling, etc.)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Base Salary: As per market standard
- Incentives: Performance bonuses & commission pay
- Schedule: Day shift | Monday-Friday | In-person
