Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Established Small Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a top-notch, detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Assistant.
This position entails extensive contact with clients, insurance adjustors, and medical providers
Duties include answering phones, have excellent typing skills/dictation, perform proofreading, organized, good written and verbal communication skills are essential
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail
E-filing experience in all courts
Proficient in Word, MS Office, which includes calendaring in Outlook
Litigation experience preferred with the ability to draft basic pleadings and draft discovery responses
Assist with various tasks such as gathering medical records, medical bills, ordering collision reports/discovery and the ability to analyze, and research information and documents as needed.
Must be a team player and able to function in a fast-paced work environment
Must have a vehicle and be willing to run office errands as needed.
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant

8 Hour Shift
