We are working with a well-established personal injury law firm in Burbank, CA that is actively looking to expand its Litigation Department. The firm focuses primarily on car accident cases and is known for its dynamic, supportive work environment. There is an immediate need to hire one experienced Litigation Paralegal and one Litigation Assistant. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus for both roles but not required. Additionally, there is a separate need for one Spanish-speaking Pre-Litigation Case Manager.

- Draft complaints, subpoenas, and objections
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Handle expert discovery and prepare for depositions
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- 2 years of litigation experience, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.
- 1 year(s) of expert discovery and trial preparation.
- 2 years of experience in personal injury [Plaintiff/Defense].
- Proficient knowledge of statutory deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Spanish is a plus, not required
