What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive spine care in both clinic and surgical settings
- Collaborate daily with Dr., fellow APPs, and the broader clinical team
- Evaluate and manage patients independently and under physician supervision
- Interpret imaging studies, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- First assist in the OR for a range of spine procedures
- Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient visits
- Participate in hospital rounding as needed (No call requirements)
- Gain hands-on experience treating both acute and chronic spinal conditions
- Licensed PA or NP (board-certified) in North Carolina
- Experience in orthopedics, surgery, or neurology preferred - new grads with strong drive welcome
- Quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Passionate about teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care
- Comfortable taking initiative, delegating tasks, and adapting to fast-paced settings
- A genuine interest in spine care and a commitment to continuous growth
