Job Title: Senior / Experienced Tax Accountant

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- Assist with tax planning, research, and compliance
- Help prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Calculate federal and state tax liabilities, extensions, and estimated payments
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships
- Stay solutions-focused when handling complex tax and accounting matters
- Collaborate on special projects and internal initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (U.S.-based)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation (individual and business)
- Strong understanding of accounting terminology and tax research
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online, Excel, and tax software (e.g., ProSeries, TaxDome)
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and peers
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based environment
