Requirements

- Experience demonstrating the ability to comprehend complex system logic and craft clear, intuitive interfaces around it.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.
- Hard-wired Ethernet connection preferred; if Wi-Fi is used, it must maintain a consistent link speed of ≥ 400 Mbps and reliable coverage.
