Warehouse Coordinator

📍 Location: Garland, TX 75042

💰 Compensation: $45,000-$48,000 starting (DOE - Depending on Experience)

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Coordinator who's ready to take ownership of a critical operations role within our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Based in our Garland, TX facility, you'll be the central hub for managing the flow of materials, supporting project teams, and ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

🚛 Warehouse & Facility Management

• Oversee and coordinate all warehouse functions, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space
• Manage building upkeep and schedule necessary maintenance (forklifts, dumpsters, etc.)
  
  

📦 Shipping, Receiving & Loading

• Coordinate with freight companies and vendors for daily delivery schedules
• Receive and inspect flooring materials, ensure accuracy with purchase orders
• Tag, store, and log inventory using RFMS software
• Stage materials and assist with loading for installers and customers
  
  

🧾 Inventory & Job Costing

• Monitor warehouse stock and sundry levels; order as needed
• Perform monthly inventory counts and report to the Controller
• Track job-specific inventory and accurately enter job costs into RFMS
  
  

👷‍♂️ Support Project Success

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Cut materials and coordinate shipments to meet jobsite timelines
• Handle returns (RA process) with Accounts Payable and ensure documentation
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay cool under pressure
• Experience operating a forklift (including carpet pole attachment)
• Willingness to support early morning, evening, or weekend installer needs
