Waikiki Health is seeking an on-call Optometrist.
Pay range from $67- $77 per hour
Schedule: One day per week
Benefits

The Optometrist is responsible for reviewing patient’s medical history, performing readings of digital retinal images, and providing interpretation of external and retinal photographs.
Qualifications and abilities
- Experience with tele-retinal screening and chronic disease progression is required.
- Duly licensed optometrist, licensed in the state of Hawaii to conduct practice of optometry.
General Duties include but are not limited to
- Diagnoses and measures powers of range and refractive power.
- Dilates the retina as necessary.
- Formulates treatment plans.
- Prescribes corrective lenses.
- Documents findings, treatment, and course of action in the medical and vision template of Waikiki Health’s certified EMR system
- Other duties as assigned.
Waikiki Health requires proof of the following immunization; with or without reasonable accommodation: TB skin test or chest x-ray, Hep B (optional).
