Position Overview:
We are seeking a Shop Maintenance/Janitorial Professional to ensure our dealership remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation of our brand while providing a professional and spotless environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General Cleaning:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum dealership floors
- Dust furniture and surfaces
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins
- Clean windows, glass doors, and remove spills or debris
Exterior Maintenance:
- Sweep and clean service drive areas
- Remove litter and debris from parking lots and entrances
- Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks and dealership exterior
Operational Maintenance:
- Operate floor cleaning equipment effectively
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging drains
- Monitor building for cleanliness and ensure upkeep aligns with company standards
