Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Newark office for a Marketing Associate to join our team!
The Marketing Associate is a member of the Corporate Marketing Team, which supports the firm's 28 offices and primarily provides support to the firm’s West Coast region.
\n- Write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, brochures, and other material used to win new projects
- Research, design, write and produce promotional materials in alignment with Ware Malcomb's brand standards
- Industry event registration and planning
- Manages Ware Malcomb's social media channels
- Work with the marketing team reviewing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid/qualification request documents
- Photography coordination
- Help maintain data on the website, CRM, and intranet
- Press/Media
- Awards/Rankings
- Provide administrative support including data entry and other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience. (Internships or professional office experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field of study
- RFP/pursuit strategy expertise with “think like the client” mentality
- Proposal/technical writing experience preferred
- Experience in A/E/C industry a plus
- Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with Deltek Vision, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, video editing software a plus

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
