The purpose of this position is to provide personal care services in support of the client’s health and safety in his or her home under the direction of a registered nurse responsible for the supervision of personal care services.
Requirements:
- Valid certification in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Health Professions
- Valid C.N.A. license in good standing with the VA board of nursing.
- Preferred educational background is a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Shifts hiring for:
- Various days and hours available For Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Provide care to clients following state and federal regulations, policies and procedures.
- Report client’s needs and concerns to the nurse manager
- Must be able to complete physical tasks such as walking and standing for periods of time, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
