Warner Norcross Judd LLP has an immediate opening for a full time Practice Group Specialist in our Grand Rapids office. This is an entry level opportunity with ample growth potential that is responsible for providing administrative support to legal assistants in various law practice areas. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, will work and communicate well with others, and will have excellent organization and time management skills.
About the Opportunity
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scan and file documents in electronic and paper form
Proofread documents
Prepare basic documents, presentations and letters in MS Office Suite
Assemble closing binders and packaged materials
Calendar and schedule meetings
About You
Ability to type 50 WPM minimum
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good oral and written communication skills
Scan and file documents in electronic and paper form
Proofread documents
Prepare basic documents, presentations and letters in MS Office Suite
Assemble closing binders and packaged materials
Calendar and schedule meetings
About You
Ability to type 50 WPM minimum

Office experience, a paralegal or legal studies degree are a plus
