While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and smell. The employee must frequently do heavy lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Required travel up to 5%.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and assign day to day activities for custodial crews.
- Perform training, scheduling, cleaning, daily checkups on or with custodial staff. Assist in the hiring process for custodians.
- Train and encourage Warren Equipment Companies culture of safety.
- Work with supply venders to order cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Perform any special projects assigned by Facilities Superintendent.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one month of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- This position requires a pro-active, problem-solving individual who is able to manage a varied workload with constantly changing priorities.
- Individual must be detail oriented, well organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills by demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive rapport with a diverse employee/customer population.
