Position Overview
We are excited to announce the addition of the Lincoln brand to the Warren Henry Auto Group family!
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to build our Lincoln North Miami Sales team.
Sales Consultants build rapport with customers to determine their needs and desires and showcases characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles; and converts walk-in inquiries to buyers by closing sales.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine what each customer wants or needs.
- Exhibit vehicle features and explain use, operation, and care to customers.
- Build rapport with previous customers, by greeting walk-in customers, by meeting prospects at community activities, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain updated on product knowledge to be able to answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- US Work Authorization is required.
- Clean driving record and valid Driver License as this position operates motor vehicles.
- Flexibility to work various hours and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be comfortable with public communication.
- Intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office Suite.
