Automotive Sales Associate - North Miami

Job Summary:

The Automotive Sales Associate at Toyota of North Miami is responsible for selling new and used vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the auto industry in Miami, Florida. The Sales Associate will work as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of all vehicles
- Conduct test drives and present pricing options to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and drive sales
- Utilize dealership CRM system to track and manage customer interactions and sales progress
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and knowledge of competitors' products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and vehicle lot
- Foster a positive work environment by collaborating with team members and assisting in training of new Sales Associates

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of previous automotive sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
