We are currently looking for a highly organized and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service. Contact existing customers to schedule service maintenance appointments, commercial service agreement appointments or sales appointments for Sales Consultants. Data entry on incoming work orders and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00/ hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Qualifications/Experience
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Professional telephone skills
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Primary Job Duties:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
- Greets and directs visitors to the company
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Maintains and routes publications
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
- Conducts filter sales
- Enters registration information into the system
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
