Personal Injury Contract Attorney (Remote / Hybrid – Flexible)

We are a growing and client-centered law firm seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to assist with personal injury matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, demand letters, and preparing cases for litigation or settlement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a high volume of casework with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements
• Conduct legal research and draft memos as needed
• Review and summarize medical records and bills
• Assist in litigation preparation and support trial counsel

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (preferably in [insert your state])
• 2 years of personal injury experience, especially in pre-litigation or litigation support
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Position Details:

• Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Location: Remote (preference for [insert state] licensed attorneys)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly or per-project rate (commensurate with experience)
• Hours: Flexible; part-time or full-time availability welcomed
