Evening and night shift LPNs receive a $2.50 per hour shift differential on top of their base pay, starting at Step L. Additionally, those working on-site at least three days a week may qualify for an extra 5% premium pay.

Some Of What You Will Do
- Provide patient care and ensure the safety of individuals experiencing behavioral health issues.
- Exchange important clinical information during shift changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Complete medication orders and maintain electronic documentation in Pyxis.
- Implement security policies and procedures.
- Educate patients on their care and treatment.
- Assist with moving and transferring patients, de-escalate situations, and escort or transport patients as needed.
