The Role
Wasp Barcode Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX.
As a Technical Support Specialist at Wasp Barcode Technologies, you’ll support our customers by providing clear, effective solutions to a wide range of technical issues. You’ll work on a small, collaborative team dedicated to making business easier for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Guide customers through product integration
- Document reported issues and resolutions
- Contribute to our knowledge base and FAQs
- Work with other team members to solve complex problems
- Share customer feedback with product teams to help improve our solutions

The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience solving technical problems
- Brings strong customer service and communication skills
- Is comfortable with PC programs like Word, Excel, and email tools
- Can work independently and manage their time well
- Is eager to learn new software and systems
- Enjoys helping others and takes pride in clear, helpful communication
- Has experience in B2B software support (preferred, not required)
