Our client is a rapidly growing full service provider of environmental services equipment seeking a Sales Director to be based out of WA, OR or AZ. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and manage a multi-state sales team across the Western U.S., focusing on driving sales strategy, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships, particularly with municipalities and contractors. This role is responsible for mentoring sales professionals, developing and executing regional sales strategies, overseeing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring effective use of CRM systems. Additional duties include collaborating on marketing initiatives, supporting service and parts departments to deliver a complete customer experience, and developing OEM and dealer network partnerships. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical equipment knowledge, with frequent travel (50-75%) throughout states such as WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, NV, and AZ. Compensation will include a base of $115k-130k, plus car allowance, phone, commission, and bonus.
