1 st Shift Production Associate: Full-time; 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Starting Pay: $20.00 (Progression pay based on performance)

Job Summary
The Production Associate will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations during peak seasons.
Responsibilities Will Include But Will Not Be Limited To
- Safely and efficiently construct walls, floors and trusses in a fast-paced indoor work environment.
- Possibility of operating semi-automated equipment, read and follow blueprints.
- You will be required to lift, move and maneuver various sizes of wood and raw materials, perform manual labor duties, and inspect material products for quality and accuracy.

- Must be 18 years old
- Prior production and/or construction knowledge is a plus
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to understand building material usages and construction practices
- Ability to utilize hand tools: tape measure, nail and staple guns, table or chop saw.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and climb up and down a ladder
