Waverly Senior Services is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Senior Vice President to lead the operational and strategic efforts of our award-winning home care company, Waverly Care. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-centered organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate non-medical home care to adults across the Delaware Valley.
As Senior Vice President, you will report directly to the President & CEO. You will be responsible for the overall leadership of daily operations, guiding a team of seasoned professionals while aligning with our long-standing commitment to dignity, comfort, and excellence in service. With more than 260 skilled direct care workers and a 24/7 care model, Waverly Care stands out as a trusted provider in the Main Line and Philadelphia communities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and managing all facets of agency operations, including billing, budgeting, payroll, marketing, technology, and human resources
- Ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health home care regulations
- Driving organizational sustainability and growth through sound financial oversight and program innovation
- Supporting a dynamic, culturally rich workforce that reflects our values of integrity, compassion, and respect
- Fostering operational excellence that supports our caregivers in delivering round-the-clock thoughtful, dignified care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, healthcare, business, hospitality or related field required. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a director-level leadership role within a licensed home care agency
- Deep understanding of home care regulations, labor laws, and standards in Pennsylvania
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operational systems
- Passion for mission-oriented leadership in a service-driven environment
