Essential functions (job duties):
We are seeking a full-time Research Assistant to coordinate a federally-funded clinical trial of different psychological therapies for people with chronic back or neck pain. Job duties are as follows:
Aid in study patient recruitment.
Schedule remote evaluations of patients.
Conduct remote interviews and evaluations of patients.
Coordinate with study PI and additional team members at other site.
Manage research assistants assigned to the study.
Manage data using EXCEL, REDcap, and SPSS.
Preliminary data analysis.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
Experience working with adults with health problems.
Experience interviewing and collecting questionnaire data.
Experience in management or administration of others.
Experience with EXCEL, REDcap, and SPSS preferable.
Sound interpersonal skills and high conscientiousness.
Very detail-oriented.
