We Crush Events is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand strategy within the events industry. You’ll work directly with our marketing coordinator and event managers to support various marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:
MARKETING SUPPORT
- Collect, organize, and manage event photo and video assets
- Follow up with event managers and photographers to ensure timely media delivery
- Maintain shared drives and folders for marketing content
- Assist in creating and editing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and our podcast In Great Company
- Contribute to social media campaigns and creative content series
- Design marketing materials for social media and Corporate Event Managers
- Tag and track vendors and venues featured in content
- Support the creation of pitch decks, sales presentations, and venue partnership proposal
- Design branded visuals for client proposals
- Maintain and update brand assets in Canva (e.g., brochures, mood boards, website visuals)
- Coordinate with external marketing partners (e.g., for website image updates)
- Manage and update PartySlate profile
- Organize and update event photo albums
Provide support for trade shows and industry events
LOGISTICS:
🗓 Time Commitment: ~20 hours/week, flexible schedule
📍 Location: Remote from Los Angeles or Orange County preferred, but not required. Majority home based office occasional event support. Ability to come into the LA office 1-2x per week preferred.
💰 Pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Marketing, Events Management or the Hospitality Industry, or currently pursuing a related Bachelor’s degree
- Interest in social media, storytelling, and design
- Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, G Suite, Canva, SocialPilot, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Slack, and Monday.com preferred
