What You’ll Do:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and engage in recreational activities to promote social interaction and personal growth.
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and encourage independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid Non-Provisional Driver’s License.
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass background checks and any required training certifications.
- Willing and able to transport individuals with disabilities using a company vehicle and/or your personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement), within Montgomery County and the surrounding Washington, D.C. metro area
