What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound Upsell Account Executive position at Weave?
An Outbound Upsells Account Executive will work to expand our existing customer base. They will be responsible for the value they extract from the leads they are given. They will be responsible for daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and developing additional pipelines in asking for referrals from the current leads they are assigned and will be responsible for prospecting into their signed customer's pipelines for expansion opportunities.

- Hybrid position: MTW in office, Th/F optional
- First 90 days are 5 days/week in office
- Reports to Director of Sales
- Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned lead to closing that deal
- Develop new accounts, help to maintain and extend existing accounts within Account Executive's pipeline
- Work through all salesforce tasks effectively on a daily basis
- Negotiate agreements to keep organized and detailed records of sales and data
- Create new sales opportunities by asking for referrals
- Maximize each sales opportunity through attachment of additional Weave features/products
- Use Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports
- Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
- Participate in regular company and office meetings to share AE progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
- 2 years in a SaaS closing role
- Proven success in pipeline management and task completion
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards
- Basic understanding of payment industry
- Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast paced environment
- Proficient with Salesforce and Zoom
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Team player and coachable mentality
