Job Summary/Basic Function
This is a part-time position in the Bursar Office call center. Primary responsibilities will include
making and receiving phone calls and other communications from students, parents, etc.
regarding student financial accounts. These calls can involve answering questions, referring to
other departments as needed, and processing student payments. Other responsibilities include
assisting with filing paperwork pertaining to litigation and accounts in collections, and indexing,
folding, and processing paperwork to mail out to students as needed.
This is a part-time hourly position with no healthcare/retirement benefits. Our office hours are
generally Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We will work with your class schedule, but
would prefer that you be able to work 20-27 hours per week.
