Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PPC Analyst to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads and spreadsheet analysis, with a passion for driving results. Initially, the PPC Analyst will assist the PPC Manager and the Director of Lead Generation, but the ultimate goal is for the individual to be able to independently manage Google Ads Campaigns from strategy creation to implementation. The role will be instrumental in helping us grow the division by providing the resources necessary to bring on additional accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, keywords, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize spreadsheets and analytics tools to analyze campaign data.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Client Interaction:
- Initially work on assigned tasks for current clients under the supervision of the PPC Manager.
- Gradually take on new clients as the primary point of contact, managing all aspects of their PPC campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the PPC Manager to align strategy and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
- Test new strategies and ad formats to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
This position is multi-faceted, with the ideal candidate being able to effectively manage their time while working on multiple projects in different stages.
The PPC Analyst must meet the following qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of delivering positive ROI through PPC strategies.
Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
