National trial law firm seeking a strong litigation paralegal to join their Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience working with litigation matters on the defense side. Areas of practice include product and premise liability, med mal, construction defect, and hospitality. Must have applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and strong communication skills along with attention to detail.
