Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage payment processing, including checks and ACH transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure proper approvals and coding of invoices.
- Maintain accounts payable records and reconcile with the general ledger.
- Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Assist with accounts payable automation and expense management tools.
- Support audits and prepare vendor reports as needed.
