Nurse Practitioner hospital full time role (inpatient only) assisting a busy surgeon with EPIC, pre-operation surgical notes, and rounding on urology patients ahead of the physician. Can be non-experienced or experienced.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Practitioner.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Certification in Endocrinology or relevant clinical experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting focused on endocrinology.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Advanced certification in a related specialty area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with endocrine disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about endocrine conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
